Responsibilities:
- Development and administration of an on-line Learning Management System (LMS)
- Produce online training pertaining to precision agriculture equipment, while utilizing appropriate training methods, procedures and concepts to promote consistency throughout the training program.
- Conduct technical training courses for OEM Distributors, Dealers, Field Service Technicians, Customers and Internal Staff Members.
- Create courseware such as exercises, worksheets, tests, and quizzes for both stand up and on-line training.
- Maintain training documentation, materials, equipment and tools.
- Work with Support Specialist, to maintain up to date training information for all products
- Assist with reviewing and processing feedback for technical training manuals, demonstration equipment, simulators and videos.
- Follow up on dealer issues, complaints and/or questions as part of the overall customer support team
- Provide input for continual improvement and development of a team environment
Knowledge:
- Experience with all aspects of online training procedures, including learning management database software.
- Understanding of appropriate training policies, practices and activities.
- Experience with Instructor Lead and On-Line training program functionalities.
- Understanding of adult learning styles.
- Knowledge of agricultural field service industry training
Requirements:

- Highly organized, experienced presenter who meets set deadlines.
- Self-starter demonstrates initiative and a commitment to quality training and customer satisfaction.
- Possess verbal and technical writing skills sufficient to describe the installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in public speaking as well as a desire to educate others.
- Experience in electronic publishing and graphics software such as; Adobe Acrobat, Access, Excel, Word, Web applications.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field.
- Instructional Design backgrounds and degrees, Curriculum Design and Development, Learning and Development Manager, eLearning Program/Project Manager, eLearning Training & Development, Leadership Development, Digital Media degree, Learning Consultant, Training & Performance Improvement degree, Human Resources Training & Development degree, Instructional Technology degree, Training Administration.
- Technical support and training experience prefer agriculture, automotive or electronic equipment industries.
