Job Details:
The Comptroller manages the quality of accounting and financial reporting of Big Lakes to include employee payroll, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and general ledgers as well as completing reports. This position works closely with the Chief Financial Officer to maintain smooth daily operations of the finance department. This position is key in ensuring accuracy of invoices, payments, reports, and other financial documentation.
Responsible for accurate and timely entry, management, research and reconciliation of payroll, ledgers, invoices, and other financial transactions. Individual should be organized and possess strong working knowledge of standard office software. Preferred qualification is experience with general accounting principles related to non-profit organizations. Minimum requirements include Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or closely related field. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
