The Director of Operations directs and coordinates activities at a regional level to deliver optimum operational and financial performance of operations. Assist with directing and coordinating production of services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain a competitive position within the industry. Assist in preparing overall regional business plan which may include sales, quoting, and pricing. Duties: Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long range goals and objectives, and to improve on the company’s Key Performance Indicators. Directs and coordinates activities of regional plants for which responsibility is delegated to further attainment of goals and objectives. Assist in directing the capital expenditure and asset redeployment activities for the company. Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine regional progress toward stated goals and objectives, and to aid in the process of developing operational budgets.
