Description:
The Denver Area Council, Boy Scouts of America is currently filling several part time Program Aide positions.
Job Description
Program Aide - Part time work during the afternoons and early evenings
Responsibilities:
Provide after school programming at local elementary schools
Compensation:
$10 per hour
Job Counseling
Qualifications
21 years of age (required to be registered as an adult leader)
Experience working with youth. Past experience with the BSA is not necessary.
Ability to work independently
High degree of self motivation and self management
Ability to motivate and inspire
Strong organizational skills
Expectations:
Availability between 2:00 – 5:00 PM
Minimum commitment of 3 afternoons per week
Reliable transportation
A background check is required of all program participants
Professional appearance and demeanor
