Job Details:
LB Consolidated LLC seeks HR Generalist to work in Houston, TX to Coordinate the full employee lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding to performance evaluation and offboarding. Administer HR policies and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Analyze and design job advertisements. Screen and interview job applicants against position requirements. Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork. Inform employees of HR details such as compensation, benefits, schedules, and working conditions. Maintain HR documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks, or performance evaluation forms. Maintain accurate employee records related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions. Administer employee benefit plans. Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed. Requires Bachelor's degree in any field plus one year of experience analyzing and designing job descriptions, recruiting and onboarding employees, processing payroll, updating workplace policies, and maintaining employee records.
