Provide legal liaison services to Italian counsel & comp located overseas. JD deg & 2 yrs of exp in the job offered or 2 yrs exp as Law Clerk or rel. In the alternative, LL.M. & 1 yr exp in the job offered or 1 yr exp as a Law Clerk or rel. Must have knowledge of Italian legal sys rel to commercial transactions, corp governance, joint ventures, corp acquisitions & commercial leasing for office & ret space.
